A pawnshop shall not release any pawned item without first requiring the pawner to present and surrender the original pawn ticket. If the pawn ticket is lost and cannot be presented or surrendered, the pawnshop shall require the pawner to execute and submit a Notarized Affidavit of Loss (AOL), valid ID and shall verify the pawner’s identity to ensure that the pawned item is released only to the rightful owner.
The pawnshop shall return the pawned item in the same condition as when it was first pawned, upon full settlement of the loan.
Please visit the Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop branch where the item was originally pawned.
On the back of the pawn ticket, sign in the space under the “Received by” note and below the statement, “Received the article(s) in the same condition when pawned and redeemed.”
Present the pawn ticket along with the total amount due.
Sign in the designated space on the electronic validation section at the back of the pawn ticket.
Lastly, open the sealed plastic pouch to verify the item before leaving the branch.
Reminder:
Redemption of items can be done from Monday to Saturday. Visit your home branch and bring your pawn ticket along with a valid ID.
